Russia would like to “unlock” the dialogue with the EU “in order to openly discuss all existing differences”: Putin’s spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, said so on the eve of the visit to Moscow of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell.
This was reported by Tass quoted by the Ansa agency.
“Relations between the EU and Russia – Peskov said – are, in fact, in a frozen state, and moreover Russia was not the initiator of this freeze. Of course – continued the Kremlin spokesman – we would like to unlock our dialogue, a dialogue with many facets, also in order to openly discuss all existing differences, which are not few.
