The Congress of Trade Unions in England announced the resignation of tens of thousands of workers in this country because of racism.
Racism has become a serious problem for people in European countries. The spread of racial discrimination in several European countries, including France and England, especially in recent years, has led many citizens of European countries to protest against racial discrimination policies. According to AAA, the Congress of Trade Unions in England announced that more than 120,000 workers have left their jobs after experiencing racism in the workplace. Also according to the Congress, racism in this country’s work environment has damaged the self-confidence of most workers. Frances O’Grady, the general secretary of the Congress of Trade Unions in England, said that many black, Asian, and other racial minority employees have said that racism in the work environment in the form of minority bullying, harassment, and other instances.
