BEIRUT – A new warning from sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, secretary general of Hezbollah to the Americans and Zionists about …
possible actions regarding the border dispute between Lebanon and occupied Palestine. And that is why Amos Hochstein, the U.S. envoy must adopt positions that can satisfy the Lebanese side during his trip to Tel Aviv, in an attempt to convince the Israeli regime to postpone by at least a month the gas extraction operations, scheduled for September, in the Karish field, located in the disputed maritime zone. Hochstein, who is in charge of mediating between Beirut and Tel Aviv over the definition of the maritime boundary between occupied Lebanon and Palestine, traveled to Lebanon in mid-June where he discussed the case with Lebanese top officials, who continue to denounce Israeli aggression on the Cedar country’s energy sovereignty.
As early as two weeks ago, Nasrallah spoke of the military option, of striking back hard against the Zionist entity if the latter continues to rob the Karish gas field.
