The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon on Wednesday filed a complaint with the United Nations and its Security Council against the Zionist regime for violating its sovereignty.
The Lebanese president, Michel Oun, ordered to send letters with such complaint to the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, and to the Security Council.
Lebanon expresses in its letter that Israel has repeatedly entered the Lebanese airspace without permission, which constitutes a clear violation of Security Council Resolution 1701, and therefore requests the condemnation and immediate halt of these actions to maintain stability and security in the region.
Security Council Resolution 1701, issued and adopted after the end of the 33-day war between Israel and Lebanon in 2006, warns the Zionist regime of hostile actions against the Lebanese.
However, the regime always ignores this resolution and violates Lebanese air, land and sea space.
Lebanon has always asked international circles to warn the Zionist regime about these aggressions and to prevent their continuation
