KIEV- In its latest operational report, Ukraine’s military says Russia has withdrawn troops surrounding Kiev after suffering significant losses.
Ansa reports. The withdrawal has “significantly reduced” the intensity of Moscow’s advance, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces adds. Military officials then say they believe Russia is transporting ‘Iskander’ missiles to Kalinkavichy in southeastern Belarus.
